An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. After your contact details and travel preferences are saved, you receive a private tracking link. Your adviser checks dates, availability, rooms and price. A place is held and a payment link is provided only with a confirmed written offer. A booking is confirmed after payment is verified by the agency.
Your details and tracking link
Form details remain in the open page until you submit them. Submitted contact and travel details are stored in agency records. Session storage helps prevent duplicate submissions. Keep your private tracking link safe: anyone with the link can view your offer. No automatic email is sent. Contact the agency to request information or deletion.
Payments and external services
Card details are not stored on this site. When a payment link is provided, card details are entered only on the payment provider’s page. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added. WhatsApp and external links are subject to the respective services’ terms.
Before booking
Obtain the final price, currency, inclusions, exclusions, mandatory payments, room and child conditions, visa requirements and cancellation/change terms in writing. This information does not replace the final tour agreement or the operator’s formal privacy notice.
